Kellie is the Office Manager at Roundway Centre, overseeing the day-to-day running of the service and supporting the wider team to ensure everything operates smoothly and efficiently.

Working behind the scenes, Kellie plays a key role in maintaining and improving the systems and processes that support both staff and clients. She is responsible for developing effective workflows, managing internal operations, and ensuring the centre continues to run in an organised, consistent, and high-quality way.

Kellie oversees the centre’s secure management systems, ensuring that all data is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and compliance. She is highly skilled in reviewing and refining processes, helping the team work more effectively while continuously improving the overall client experience.

In addition, Kellie manages the centre’s payment systems, including online and card payment options, making processes straightforward and reliable. She also contributes to the centre’s marketing and communications, supporting the ongoing growth and visibility of Roundway Centre.

Kellie takes great pride in her role, ensuring that both staff and families benefit from well-structured systems and a smoothly run service.

Kellie is available to respond to emails and phone calls on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
