Kellie is the Roundway Centre secretary, dedicated to providing parents/ clients with the best quality experience. Kellie takes great pride in providing an empathic and efficient response to help families and clients feel listened to and valued.
Kellie processes referrals, allocating a therapist and liaising with families in arranging appointments as efficiently as possible.
Kellie is highly competent in developing systems to improve Roundway Centre and offering better choices to our clients. She manages online secure management systems, ensuring all data is stored confidentially and securely.
She manages the online and card payment options to make it easier and more efficient for clients. Kellie is currently developing client access to their therapist’s calendar, providing greater choice and flexibility in booking appointments.
She is available to respond to emails and phone calls on Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays.
