Please book a 1-hour online initial consultation for all services by selecting and clicking the link below and also completing the registration form.
A senior professional will meet with you to explore your concerns and wishes, gain background information and guide you to the next steps during your initial consultation. For further information on what is involved in an initial consultation and other services, please see Information For Your Visit. All our assessments and consultations meet NICE guidelines.
